The brand sells custom harnesses, collars and other gear for dogs to Australian owners. It advertises on Facebook and TikTok, and like most direct-to-consumer brands it needs a steady supply of new ads, because the same people see the same ads again and again until they stop working.
We made the ads across many formats rather than polishing one. You can see several of them running in the Meta Ad Library on our examples page. They include:
The idea is simple. Different dog owners buy for different reasons: comfort, health, value, a laugh. Each format speaks to a different reason, and the ad platforms can only find the right people if they have ads that make each case.
Cost per sale is ad spend divided by the number of sales the ads brought in. It went from AU$60 to AU$30. Put simply, each dollar of ad spend brought in about twice as many orders.
The revenue figure needs a careful reading. Monthly revenue went from AU$50K to AU$100K over 12 months, and that is revenue across all channels, not just sales from ads. New ads were part of that growth, alongside everything else the brand did in the year. We report it as the brand's total, because that's what it is.
